AIWAP Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AIWAP, the AI chat agent at aiwap.lbclouds.com. By creating an account you accept them. AIWAP is operated by LBCLOUDS LLC (Delaware, USA), trading as LB Clouds ("we", "us").

The service

AIWAP gives you an AI chat agent to embed on your own website. It answers your visitors using the content you provide, your team can take over any conversation, and conversations appear in a shared inbox. Appointment booking and a WhatsApp channel are available; WhatsApp is a separate paid add-on, arranged with us directly, and is not part of the standard plan.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 3-day free trial. No card is required to start it.
After the trial the service is $39 per month, including up to 1,000 AI conversations per month. We will tell you before you exceed that.
Billing is arranged directly with us. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already started, except where the law requires otherwise.
If a renewal lapses we may suspend the account. Your data is retained and access is restored when payment is made.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you give the agent, and for the accuracy of the prices, hours and other information it repeats to your visitors.
You must tell your own visitors that they are chatting with an AI assistant and how their data is handled, and have a lawful basis for the data you collect through it.
You must not use AIWAP to send spam, to break the law, to harass anyone, or to handle payment card numbers, health records or other special-category data.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

What the AI is, and is not

AIWAP generates replies from the content you supply. Like any AI system it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing what it tells your customers, and it must not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Where an answer matters, take the conversation over.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content and of the conversations that happen through your agent. You grant us the licence needed to host and process them in order to run the service. We do not use your conversations to train our own models. See the AIWAP Privacy Policy for the detail, including our sub-processors.

Availability

We aim to keep AIWAP running continuously, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level on the standard plan. We may take the service down for maintenance and will try to do so with notice. Third-party providers we depend on may have their own outages.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On closure we retain your data as described in the privacy policy; ask us and we will delete it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AIWAP is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date above reflects the latest revision, and we will notify customers by email of material changes. Continuing to use AIWAP after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
