Contact form: when you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, service interest, and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
AI chat assistant: messages you send to our website chat assistant are processed to generate replies and are stored so our team can follow up. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
Online tools: when you use our free DNS/email tools, the domain or input you submit is processed to return the requested result.
Automatically collected: your IP address and basic browser/device information, used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We use limited local/session storage to keep your chat conversation across page loads.
Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms and chat from automated abuse and spam.
Turnstile may collect information about your device and interaction to determine whether you are a human.
This processing is governed by Cloudflare's
Privacy Policy
and the
Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused web analytics to understand aggregate site usage. It does not use
cookies to track you across sites and does not build advertising profiles.

Netlify — website hosting and form delivery.
Microsoft — delivery of transactional and contact emails.
aiwap (our own WhatsApp/website chat platform) — processing of chat conversations.
Data retention
We keep contact and chat records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate
business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
